Ombre Pink and Orange Bottle Vase

The base of this piece was thrown on the wheel, and then the walls built up using the coil building technique. The piece is made from brown stoneware and the whole piece was painted in white slip. Each row of pink spots has a few drops of yellow added to gradually change the colour into orange. 

The whole piece is glazed in transparent glaze, meaning it is fully functional and can be filled with water.

This piece is one of a kind.
