This jar is thrown on the wheel in brown stoneware clay, with the carving and lettering done at the leather hard stage. The pieces were then dipped in white glaze, which brings out the texture of the piece.
A great size for keeping tea in, or you can jam all the messy things you keep on your bathroom counter in here so that guests think you are tidy when they come over, but you are not tidy... the perfect crime.
This piece is microwave and dishwasher safe.
